If you have tried everything and can not WP Mail SMTP to send email, it’s likely that your host could have SMTP restrictions enabled. SMTP restriction prevent spammers from using your server to connect to other SMTP servers to send SPAM! So if you tried everything, try disabling this in “SMTP Restrictions” in WHM.
